All of our products are carefully sourced and are quality checked by us. If you are not satisfied with your order or have any feedback regarding our products, please contact us.
CHANGE OF MIND
We are a small, family-run business. Please choose carefully as we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
GIFT BOXES & GIFT CARDS
Due to their personalised nature, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on our gift boxes or gift cards. If there is a fault or error with your gift box or gift card, please contact us immediately.
INCORRECT SIZING
We can offer an exchange for incorrect clothing sizing (subject to availability) if you notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item/s must be in their original condition; unworn, unmarked, unwashed, with all labels still attached and in their original packaging. If the item/s are deemed by East Ivy Boutique to not be in their original condition, we regretfully cannot offer an exchange or refund. Return shipping and shipping of the new item/s are at the buyers expense. Where the sizes you require are unavailable, we will provide a refund subject to the conditions outlined above.
The above policy and its conditions also applies to any clothing contained within our gift boxes. Should the clothing in the gift box be incorrect in size, we will exchange or refund the value of the clothing ONLY and not the gift box itself or any other items contained within.
To avoid disappointment, please use our size guides provided on the product page and if you are unsure about sizing, we always recommend to size up.
FAULTS & ERRORS
If there is a fault with your product or error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
MAKING A RETURN
Should you wish to make a return due to a fault, error or incorrect sizing, please contact us as soon as possible. If you are deemed eligible to make a return, we will provide you with further instruction. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable. Unless faulty or an error has occurred on our behalf, the cost of return shipping and shipping of any new items are at the buyers expense. We recommend you purchase trackable shipping or shipping insurance when returning an item to us as we cannot guarantee the receipt of the returned items and should this occur, we unfortunately cannot process a return.
