Preorder Information

If we have any items available for pre order it will clearly state on the product page that it is a pre order item. This means that we currently do not have the stock on hand but that your order will be shipped as soon as we have received our stock.

The estimated dispatch date will be provided on the pre order product page, however, please be aware that this is an estimated date only, and your order may be shipped sooner or later than this. If there are any significant delays with our pre order stock, you will be notified via email or SMS. 

If your order contains pre order items, please be aware that your ENTIRE order will be shipped together when our pre order item/s arrive. If you would like to receive your non-pre order items sooner, please place them in a separate order.
