Preorder Information

If we have any items available for preorder it will clearly state on the product page that it is a preorder item. This means that we currently do not have the stock on hand but that your order will be shipped as soon as we have received our stock.

The estimated dispatch date will be provided on the preorder product page, however, please be aware that this is an estimated date only, and your order may be shipped sooner or later than this. If there are any significant delays with our preorder stock, you will be notified via email or SMS. 

If your order contains preorder items, please be aware that your ENTIRE order will be shipped together when our preorder item/s arrive. If you would like to receive your non-preorder items sooner, please place them in a separate order.
