Lactation Tea

Australia's best fenugreek-free herbal tea containing four "lactogenic" ingredients to support your breastmilk supply. A delicious floral tea with hints of rose, hibiscus and rosehip. 

Each box contains 20 pyramid tea bags. 

Not recommended in pregnancy but can be drunk from birth. 

Serving Guide

• Drink 1 cup per day for a mild effect, and up to 3 cups per day for a full effect. 
• Lactation products are suggested to be consumed after feeding/pumping when the breast is empty to help replenish and increase supply. This tea can also be enjoyed any time of the day to maintain supply. 
• Can be consumed in conjunction with any other lactation food/drink products or over-the-counter medications. 
• This tea can be consumed in conjunction with our Colic Tea.

• Goats Rue, Blessed Thistle, Nettle, Vervain, Lemongrass, Hibiscus, Rose, Rosehip. 
• This tea does NOT contain fenugreek.
